He completed his residency in Pittsburgh, PA, focusing on rearfoot reconstruction and limb salvage, followed by a fellowship at Emory St. Joseph Hospital in Atlanta with emphasis on pediatrics and forefoot reconstruction.

Dr. Wilder treats a wide range of conditions, including flatfoot, sports injuries, and ankle instability. He is passionate about helping patients achieve long-term mobility and believes in creating personalized treatment plans through open, compassionate communication.
