We participate in most HMOs, PPOs, and private insurance plans. Please contact any one of our office locations for more information on our participation in your particular plan. Co-payments are due the day of your visit. Ankle & Foot Centers of America accepts all payments made with check, cash, Visa, Mastercard, or Discover.
