Dr. Peter Talisse, DPM
About Dr. Talisse
Dr. Peter Talisse grew up in Peachtree City, GA, and has always had a deep love for this community and its people. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia and went on to complete medical school at Kent State University. Dr. Talisse then completed his residency in foot and ankle surgery at Emory University, followed by advanced fellowship training at University Hospitals in Cleveland, Ohio, with a focus on reconstruction, sports injuries, and limb salvage.
Dr. Talisse is also a faculty member of the Podiatry Institute, where he contributes to research and lecture nationwide to help advance the field. He enjoys working with patients of all ages and take pride in helping them return to healthy, active lives. As a former baseball and basketball player, he’s a lifelong sports fan and tries to catch any game he can—especially the Atlanta teams and the Georgia Bulldogs. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, family, and friends, checking out new restaurants, spending time outdoors, and learning how to golf.
