  2. Medical School: California School of Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco
    • He completed his medicine, anesthesia and surgical rotations at the University of California at San Francisco (UCSF) and Stanford University School of Medicine. He was awarded the Pierce Billings Nelson Award at graduation as the one medical student who “most closely exemplifies honesty and dedication to Podiatric Medicine”.
  3. Residency: Orthopaedic Surgery Department of The University of Florida Health System – Shands Medical Center in Jacksonville, the only Level-1 Trauma Center in Northeast Florida
    • He completed Residency Certification in both Podiatric Medicine and Surgery, and Reconstructive Rearfoot and Ankle Surgery. He was awarded the “Most Outstanding Resident” and “The Outstanding Teaching Resident” honors at graduation.

Dr. Qualtire is a native of Mingo Junction, Ohio where he attended both the University of Cincinnati and The Ohio State University. He is married to Cynthia Qualtire and they reside in North Atlanta. Patrick is affectionately known as “Dr. Q” to his colleagues and patients.
